What we collect and why
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, company (optional) and message you provide. We use this information solely to read and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (the box you tick when sending the form) together with our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and taking any steps you ask for ahead of a possible agreement.
When you download our GEO/AEO playbook via the form on our website, we collect your email address and company. We use this information to give you access to the material and to be able to follow up with you about its content at a later point. The legal basis is your consent (the box you tick when sending the form). The data is handled the same way as the contact form: it is delivered to us by email from our own EU server and is not stored on the server. We do not add you to any newsletter or automated mailings.
We do not run advertising on this site, and we do not track visitors across other websites. We also do not share your data with advertising or social media networks.
Website statistics
To understand how the website is used and to improve it, we measure visitor statistics with two EU-based services: Simple Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Simple Analytics uses no cookies, collects no personal data and builds no profiles of visitors, so it needs no consent.
We use Google Analytics 4 only if you have consented to statistics in our cookie banner. GA4 uses cookies and a pseudonymous identifier to recognise returning visits to this website. We collect the data server-side through our own subdomain within the EU (a.agentzero.se) and remove your IP address before the data is forwarded to Google. We do not use GA4 for advertising and do not share the data with advertising or social media networks. This processing is based on your consent.
Who processes the data
Your message is handled by a small script on our own web server (hosted in the EU) and delivered to us by email. We do not use any third-party form service, and your message is not transferred outside the EU/EEA. Our web host processes the message and standard technical server logs on our behalf, as our data processor.
For visitor statistics we use Simple Analytics and Google as data processors. GA4 data is collected through our own tagging server within the EU, but may be transferred to Google as part of the processing. We minimise the data through server-side collection and by removing the IP address.

This website uses cookies. Necessary cookies are required for the site to work. Statistics cookies (GA4) are only set if you consent. We manage consent through Cookiebot, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time. The cookies used are listed below.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any related correspondence, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@agentzero.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
