Insights
From data to decisions.
Data has no value of its own. The value appears when the numbers answer the questions your business is asking: which channels drive sales, where you lose customers, what a customer is worth. We turn your data into material that actually gets used.
What we do
Three things we help you with.
Metrics, reports and analyses connected to your goals.
KPIs that steer
Metrics tied to your business goals, not to whatever the tools happen to show. Few enough to follow, clear enough to guide priorities.
Reports and dashboards
Decision material built to be read and used, usually in tools you already have, like Looker Studio or directly on your data sources. A good report raises questions, a bad one buries them.
Analysis and customer insights
Answers to concrete questions: which channels and products drive the business, where in the funnel you lose customers, how different segments behave and what that means for the next decision.
How we work
How we approach your insights.
We start with the questions, not the data. Which decisions are you facing, and what do you need to know to make them? That determines which metrics are worth following and which analyses are worth doing.
Reporting is shaped by need: for many, a thorough monthly report with clear conclusions and recommendations is enough, while others want live dashboards and working sessions. Both work. What matters is that the material gets used.
We always spell out what the numbers mean and what we recommend. A report without a conclusion is half a job.
Questions, answered.
About KPIs, reports and analysis.
What do you mean by insights?
Numbers becoming decisions. An insight is an answer to a question your business is actually asking, phrased so someone can act on it. Everything else is just data.
Can you help us define KPIs?
Yes. We develop metrics based on your business goals and make sure they can be measured correctly with your current setup. Fewer, clearer KPIs almost always beat more.
Which tools do you build reports in?
Usually whatever you already have. Looker Studio is the most common, together with GA4 and BigQuery, but the format is driven by who will read the report, not by the tool.
How often do you report?
Monthly is the most common: often enough to act, rarely enough for trends to show. The cadence is shaped around your business.
